At Her Edge, we are committed to fast and reliable shipping so you can start experiencing the benefits of Her Edge products as soon as possible!

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Shipping Times: We currently ship to the following regions:

United States: 5–8 business days after processing United Kingdom: 5–8 business days after processing

Delays: In rare cases, external factors may cause shipping to take longer. If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@getheredge.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Shipping Delays & Refund Requests: If your order is delayed due to unforeseen shipping carrier issues, we kindly ask you to wait up to 25 business days before requesting a refund or replacement.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee starts from the date the order is delivered, not the purchase date.

Product Returns: Please allow 5–10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be inspected and processed. Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment once approved.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take a few days to reflect, but your Her Edge order is on its way!

Wrong Address or Missing Information

Shipping Address Responsibility Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delivery issues, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an address error, any additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address details.

Order Changes & Cancellations

First-Time Orders: All first-time orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this 24-hour window, orders are automatically processed and sent to fulfillment. Once processing begins, no further changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.

Subscription Orders: Subscription orders are billed automatically on the scheduled renewal date. Changes or cancellations must be submitted prior to the next billing date. Once a subscription payment is successfully processed, that order becomes final and will ship as scheduled. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after billing. Customers may update or cancel future renewals at any time.
